Project Delivery Process

At GlossyTech Kenya, we follow a structured and client-focused approach to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our process is designed to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and successful outcomes.

Initial Consultation

Client Inquiry:The client reaches out via email, phone, or the website contact form.
Discovery Meeting: We schedule a meeting (in-person or virtual) to discuss the project scope, objectives, and requirements.

Proposal & Planning

Project Proposal: We create a detailed proposal outlining the project scope.
Agreement: Once the client approves the proposal, we finalize the contract & payment terms.
Project kickoff

Execution

Our quality assurance (QA) team conducts rigorous testing to identify and fix bugs or issues.
Build the solution according to the approved design.

Optimization

We continuously monitor and refine to ensure maximum impact. The client reviews the final version and gives the green light for launch.

Handover

We transfer all project files, credentials, and ownership to the client. We provide training to the client’s team on how to use and maintain the solution.
